Anxiety Isn't Just in Your Head. It Might Not Even Be Yours.

The world is a dumpster fire right now. That's not catastrophizing — that's Tuesday. And if you're feeling it in your chest, your gut, your sleep, your ability to string a thought together — you're not weak and you're not broken. You're a human being with a nervous system that was not designed for a 24-hour global chaos feed.
But here's what I want to say that the breathing exercise blogs won't: some of what you're calling your anxiety isn't yours.
That's the conversation we're having.
What Anxiety Is Actually Doing to Your Body
Anxiety is not a mindset problem. It's a full physiological event.
When the nervous system perceives threat — real or imagined, local or global, yours or absorbed from someone else's field — it triggers fight-or-flight. Heart rate climbs. Breath goes shallow. Muscles lock up. Cortisol floods the system. Digestion stops. The prefrontal cortex — your reasoning, perspective-taking, decision-making brain — goes partially offline.
Your body is doing exactly what it was designed to do. The problem is it was designed for acute threats that resolve. Sprint from the predator, survive, recover. What it was not designed for is chronic, ambient, unresolvable threat — which is precisely what the current world delivers on a loop.
So the fight-or-flight never fully turns off. The cortisol stays elevated. The nervous system never gets to exhale. And over time that state stops feeling like anxiety and starts feeling like personality. Like just how you are now.
It isn't. But it does require more than positive thinking to shift.
The Part Nobody's Saying About Anxiety and Your Energy Field
Your aura — your energy field — is your first line of filtering. When it's intact and coherent, it processes incoming energy, emotions, and frequency the way a healthy immune system processes pathogens. Most things get handled before they reach you.
When the field is weakened — through chronic stress, trauma, prolonged anxiety itself — it becomes porous. And a porous field doesn't just let in environmental chaos. It lets in everything. Other people's emotional states. Collective fear. And for some people, something more specific.
Anxiety that spikes for no identifiable reason. Dread that arrives suddenly and won't attach to anything logical. Intrusive thoughts that genuinely don't feel like yours. Racing mind at 3am that has no content — just pure unrelenting activation.
That's not always garden variety anxiety. Sometimes that's interference.
What Energy Healing Actually Does for Anxiety
When I work with someone for anxiety, the first thing I evaluate is whether there's an energetic component — an attachment, entity, or shadow parasite that's actively feeding on or amplifying the fear response. This is more common than most people realize, and it's also one of the most direct explanations for why anxiety can feel so foreign. So other.
If something is present, it gets removed. That's not a metaphor — it's the actual work.
After the clearing is complete, I'll move where guided for that individual session — which may include Body Intuitive work, working with cosmic beings, Archangel support, or another modality depending on what's needed. For anxiety specifically, this often means working with the nervous system, the brain, the adrenal response — rebuilding the internal architecture so the brain and nervous system can hold regulation on their own.
The goal isn't just to remove what's interfering. It's to rebuild so your system can hold on its own. That's the difference between managing anxiety and actually shifting it.
FAQ
Q: How do I know if my anxiety is energetic or just regular anxiety?
Honestly, the distinction doesn't always matter as much as people think. Even "regular" anxiety tends to have an energetic layer — a field that's been dysregulated long enough to attract interference, or a nervous system so locked in fight-or-flight that it's become a feeding ground. What I look for is whether the anxiety has a foreign quality to it. Thoughts that don't sound like you. Fear that has no logical anchor. Activation that appears and disappears without cause. Those are signals worth paying attention to.
Q: Do I have to believe in this for it to work?
You don't have to believe — but you do have to be open. There's a difference. Belief is intellectual. Openness is about your willingness to receive. I can extract an entity regardless of your skepticism — that part is on me. But if there's enough resistance in your field, the deeper healing work won't land the way it should. You have to be at least cracked open. If you're reading this far, you probably are.
Q: What does a session for anxiety actually involve?
I start by evaluating the field — what's present, what's interfering, what needs to be addressed first. Entity and attachment extraction happens if anything is found; that's always cleared before anything else. Then I move where guided, which may involve Body Intuitive work with the nervous system and brain, working with Archangels, or another modality. I'll tell you what I'm seeing and what I'm doing throughout. Sessions are remote and require nothing from you except showing up.
